4 steps

to enjoying your sukiyaki

step 1: boil & adjust

Once the broth boils, turn the heat down to the indicated marking.

step 2: let it simmer

Give everything a mix and simmer for 3 minutes. Keep the fire steady to let the broth reach its peak.

step 3: enjoy

Time to eat! Be sure to save a little broth (about 1cm) for your final course. Add on Japanese raw egg (+$2) or onsen egg (+$3)

step 4: grand finale

Ready for the finish? Signal our staff to prepare your Risotto (Rice set) or Shime no Udon (Udon set).
